I was very reluctant at first... but I guess $3.50 isn't too much a lost if we really had to leave the movie halfway through. But I was more worried about the other movie goers quietly cursing me!!
Anyways, we enjoyed it (Felicia, I hope you did too?), it wasn't so bad. Valerie was asleep 1/4 of the show. And the rest, well... we tried our best to entertain her. Letting her crawl around the carpet. Having her stand on my lap. We took turns to carry her. I even carried her out for awhile... so that she can get some "fresh air". It helped that the place wasn't full and we sat at the back. We realised later on that there was also another baby/child at the movie cos we heard him/her cry. Thank goodness Valerie didn't make a fuss. In fact, she talked to the "movie"!! I might give it a try again... this time, cartoons, and get Paul to come along.
PS: I'm wanting to go watch Premonition (by Sandra Bullock), this time without Valerie. So I'm hoping to get a babysitter for her.
