And it's all in a 4- wheeler (7 seater van to be exact). It is definitely an experience... and we would do it all over again... but of course with some adjustments to the driving times and also the the number of stops we take along the way.
We drove to LA-Irvine to meet with my aunt & uncle (chow hing & Nick) from New Zealand. Stayed over at a relative's (Clifford) place for the night and went on our way the next day. Stopped over at Sequioa National Park to see the oldest tree on this earth and we continued our journey to Yosemite National Park to stay the night. Spent 2 nights there and we left for Reno on Tue to spend a night there. On the way to Reno, we stopped at Lake Tahoe to enjoy the views of the beautiful lake. We went on our way on Wed to San Francisco. Spent 2 beautiful but cold nights there and our journey back south continues. Spent a night at Lompoc (halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles) and stayed at another relative's home (Jennifer & Trevor) for the night. Left for Phoenix on Sun and arrive home tired, hungry and ready for another road trip!!
Heeheeheeheehee
Took this at San Francisco, Lombard St, the crookedest street.
